The Star Trek Experience

After rumours it might be cancelled, we were over the moon that Paramount Studios announced that they will be releasing an untitled Star Trek Universe movie on June 9, 2023.
Star Trek, the worldwide pop-culture phenomenon, includes TV, film, books, comics, games, merchandise and documentaries. In 2016, the franchise was listed in the Guinness World Records as the most successful science fiction television franchise in the world.
However we would like to focus on the Star Trek: Voyager series for a moment because one of the first reviews (5 stars at that) of Percivious Origins compares it to an episode in the series that ran for seven seasons, airing from January 16, 1995 to May 23, 2001. It features Kate Mulgrew as Captain Kathryn Janeway, the first female commanding officer in a leading role of a Star Trek series. One that Variety ranked as the fourth best installment of Star Trek, counting series and movies together, placing it ahead of all television series to-date except the original.
One thing we are very proud to share with Star Trek: Voyager is our own version of a strong female captain. Star Trek has been far ahead of its time on so many fronts, and in this respect we could not agree more.
As you can imagine, we are eagerly awaiting ST4, and we have to believe that in Spock’s words, Star Trek will continue to “[l]ive long and prosper!”.
