Introducing the HELIX

Before we started writing the second book in the Percivious trilogy we worked closely with graphical illustrator, Vali Lancea to design a starship for the novel. Not only is it featured in Percivious Origins, the second instalment in the trilogy, but it embodies the very essence of our story and now you are among the very first to see it!

Elegant, organic and representative of its name, the HELIX is as intelligent as the XYZ who inhabit it.

Built for speed, function and fantasy. Nothing was overlooked from individual living pods that fuse together to form the starship’s helical shape but can also separate from the ship for safety and colonization, down to the solar surfaces that power the ship and shield it from meteor storms, to the nuclear fusion engines that facilitate interstellar travel.

SPOILER ALERT – the emergency ship above will come in handy on more than one occasion in Percivious Origins. And the starship’s ability to transform demonstrates just how remarkable an intelligent vessel constructed from a plant can truly be.
