Mandolin Grace

Next to arrive in Percivious Insomnia (book 1) is Mandolin Grace. A rising star reporter in the field of accumulated energy her skepticism, resilience, good looks and style leave their mark on every page.
It is by chance that she brings together two of the most important male characters of the trilogy and finds herself at the centre of the story, where she is expected to hold it all together – literally. She is an even match for Big Pharma Proteus’ star behind the wonder sleep aid Noctural, Dr. Cooper Delaney. And soon finds herself caught up in a web of secrets, danger and intrigue when the drug runs into a snag; while the entire world falls prey to an unending string of sleepless nights.
Mandolin’s fate is closely tied to the mystery behind the insomnia pandemic and readers will witness her metamorphosis as the trilogy progresses. Mandolin Grace in Percivious Insomnia is far removed from who she will become in Percivious Escape.
It is Mandolin’s keen instincts the reader relies upon to learn the most important secrets of the story and oftentimes it is through her combination of strength and vulnerability that the story becomes almost too believable.
“Really, Cooper, you have nothing better than this?” Mandolin held up his wallet and pushed open the door. He seemed to deflate slightly, presumably disappointed that she was unwilling to play along. “Although it would seem that you are too distracted to focus effectively on anything else at the moment.” She paused and deliberately took in the shattered cup and punctured wall. – Percivious Insomnia
Will she uncover the truth before it is too late? Is there more than meets the eye to her role in the story? Find out now in Percivious Insomnia.

–Love Mandoline! Definitely one of my favourite characters! Really enjoyed having an inquisitive female lead in this novel. Can’t wait to read more about her in the third book!!!
